Project Name: ELLICOR  / Sugar Land Project Type: Fast-Track Commercial Interior Build-Out The Challenge: Execute a complete, high-quality interior finish for a new retail store to meet a strict 30-day deadline for the holiday shopping season, without compromising on safety or design appeal. The Solution: Through meticulous pre-planning, seamless coordination of trades, and round-the-clock work schedules, our team transformed the empty shell into a vibrant, fully operational retail environment in just 30 days, delivering the space on time and on budget.
Project Name: EARLY BIRD Cafe - Houston Project Type: Restaurant Design & Interior Build-Out, Houston The Challenge: To meticulously translate the owner's vibrant vision into a physical space, creating a distinctive and highly functional restaurant environment that would become a sought-after destination.
The Solution:
Our design perfectly captured the owner's concept with its signature blue palette and streamlined layout. The strategic kitchen and dining area flow maximizes efficiency for staff and comfort for guests, contributing to its immediate success with consistent customer turnout and frequent waitlists since opening.
Project Name: Green Roots Tea House / Missouri City Project Type: Traditional Tea House & Interior Design, The Challenge: To design a space that authentically embodies traditional Chinese tea culture while creating a modern, engaging, and aesthetically refined environment for guests to experience tea in a meaningful way. The Solution: Inspired by the essence of tea culture, the design blends a contemporary minimalist approach with subtle Chinese stylistic elements. Playful architectural spaces are harmoniously paired with elegant furniture, highlighting a aesthetic of understated luxury.
